Move scales move!!!
Just a relaxed workout today with mostly ab work on the ball. I feel nice and relaxed now. It was so hard getting out of bed this morning. It’s the first day of winter and it was so cold and dark when I got up.
I’m still sitting on a loss of 1.3kg which is annoying me. I should just stop weighing myself. I know I’m in this for the long haul and if I just keep exercising and eating healthy then the wight will sort itself out. But normally my early weight loss is a lot more.

Winter is tough. I did a lot of hot soups during winter; they’re filling and cozy. Thanks for visiting my blog. The vegan trip has continued to be successful, I totally feel a difference and I lost about 2 pounds. I am adding you to my blog roll
